MyType helps you shop food by blood type. Blood type is Special Personal Information under POPIA. We only collect it with your clear opt-in tick. You can withdraw anytime in Profile. We never sell your blood type. Red only knows what you tell him.

To filter food by blood type, emergency card, Red personal help. Basis: Explicit consent for Special Info (POPIA s26), consent + contract for rest. You must tick checkbox before A/B/O buttons unlock.
Onboarding: Checkbox "I consent to MyType storing my blood type..." must be ticked. Unchecked = buttons disabled grey. Withdraw: Profile > Delete All Data clears blood type. Red forgets.
We do not sell blood type. Only shared if you checkout (basket) or you tell Red to share emergency card. No third-party ads with health data.
Access, correct, delete, object, withdraw consent, complain to Information Regulator. To exercise: Delete All Data in Profile or contact via GitHub.
Stored locally in your browser localStorage (mytype_v4), not on server. If you clear browser, data gone. We keep until you delete. No cross-border transfer (GitHub Pages static).
Under 18 needs parental consent. If you are under 18, ask parent to tick box.
